School is back in session! Expand on your STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) curriculum with engaging resources from the Hawaii Department of Transportation’s Storm Water Management Program, Storm Water Hawaii. Our Hawaii Storm Patrol book, and animated videos provide young students with a fun and educational way to learn about the state’s storm drain system and the importance of keeping it clear. These resources introduce keiki to science, conservation, elementary engineering, and more!
In addition to these online resources, our speakers are available to give storm water presentations to classes of any sizefor grades 1-5. Students in elementary school will get to learn about storm water awareness, interact with an engaging stormwater model, and participate in storm water-related activities.
